Most free call analyses are ready within Five (5) business days of receiving your calls. The guided walkthrough typically lasts 45–60 minutes.
We accept WAV or MP3 files that are at least two minutes long. If metadata like agent name or call direction isn’t embedded, we’ll automatically generate it for you.
